A discount for Landlords with multiple properties is available.InventoriesOur cost for inventories start from £50.00 depending on the size of the property and ifunfurnished or furnished.Legionella Risk AssessmentsOur cost for Legionella Risk Assessments is £50.00 per property which is carried out by our ownin-house trained and competent assessor.Floor PlansWe are delighted to now offer professional and accurate Floor Plans with prices starting from£35 depending on the size of the property.OtherThe asking rent does not include charges that may be payable before and/or during the durationof the tenancy, therefore you may be required to make one or more of the following permittedpayments.•A refundable holding deposit of up to 1 week’s rent.•A refundable tenancy deposit of up to 5 week’s rent.•A payment to alter the tenancy agreement, when requested by the tenant of up to£50.00 inc.
